I picked up my books and my training material today! Lot's and lot's of funny stuff... Needles, syringes, bandages, diapers, umbilical clamp (haha), catheter clamp, sterile gloves and so much more.

Almost weekend!!

Tomorrow I'm starting a 3-day crash course in biochemistry. "Biochemistry"... What a fancy word. I have no idea what to expect of the teacher, the students, the subject itself or anything. I'm quite excited, but also kind of bummed because that means my holiday is over. No more going to bed at 2AM (sometimes 3AM) and sleeping until noon. No more doing nothing and not feeling guilty about it. Hmmm...

Spent a lovely sunny day in Brussels. Walked around, discovered some fun cafes and shops and had tons of giggles. Want some fun(ny) pictures? Jump around for 10 minutes and try to catch it on camera. I think we put some smiles on peoples faces, we looked extremely silly!

What a wonderful sunday I have had so far. I woke up, went back to bed, then woke up again, got up, opened my windows, moved my bed to my window and listened to the rain. The simple pleasures of life.

Took some pictures of my sister and edited them with picnik (first time). I love the 1960s effect. Instantly makes a photo look magical.

School is right around the corner. I start with some courses in Biology next week and then on the 20th I officially start school again. It'll be good to study... Keep myself busy!
